Sectioning
After your highlight service, dry the hair completely and separate into quadrants.
Application
- Start in the back right quadrant at the bottom hairline. Take a 1/4" section and apply Glaze Formula 1 from scalp to ends using a tint bottle. When complete, apply Glaze Formula 2 to the Zone 1, regrowth area, using a bowl and narrow, short bristle brush. Lightly feather Glaze Formula 2 into Zone 2, midshaft area, to create a soft transition from dark to light. Be sure to keep Zone 3, the ends, free from Glaze Formula 2. This will create a natural sunkissed look without the harsh "streakiness" that can sometimes appear in the root area.
- Continue to work up the quadrant in the same manner. Take 1/4" partings and apply the color from the hairline up to the top of the head. In the front, be sure to keep the hair back and away from the face for a neat application. Complete the entire head.
- Allow to process at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rinse, shampoo and condition with Color Extend.
