SECTIONING
Isolate two rectangular sections on either side of the natural part. Each rectangle should be approximately 1/2–1 inch thick, depending on density, and sit 1/2–1 inch below the natural part. Keep the rectangles 1/2–1 inch back from the front hairline.
APPLICATION
- Start on the right side and take a 1/4–inch slice from the bottom of the rectangle and place on a foil. Apply Highlight Formula 1 from scalp to ends. Without skipping any hair, take another 1/4–inch slice and repeat the application. Continue in the same manner and complete the rectangle. Repeat on the opposite side.
- Process at room temperature for 30 minutes. Rinse, then shampoo and condition with Color Extend.
GLAZE
Dry hair completely. Divide into quadrants and apply Glaze Formula 1 to Zone 1 (regrowth area). Immediately pull the color through to Zones 2–3 (mid-shaft and ends), making sure to saturate evenly. Process at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rinse, then shampoo and condition with Color Extend.
